Harmony Festival is once again celebrating our connection with earth at our interactive educational Eco Village in 2008. As the Greening of America gains momentum in public consciousness, we recognize upgrades in ecological awareness and action are necessities and responsibilities all individuals, families, organizations and companies share.

Since our inception 30 years ago, Harmony has been a leader in bringing to light environmental issues, holding space for educational experiences and leading-edge insights into global environmental issues.

This year, Eco Village takes its name literally. In addition to our insightful keynote speakers, educational exhibits and workshops on Permaculture, green building, bee keeping, alternative fuels and more, we are highlighting Eco City-, Eco Village- and Urban Greening-designs from renowned architects and visionaries around the world. Existing designs, designs-in-progress and visionary cities of the future will be on display throughout the Eco Village.

CHILL OUT ZONE FOR GLOBAL COOLING

Our cozy Chill Out Zone creates space for deep community interactions, relaxation and drop-ins with speakers post-lecture. This community networking hub hosts guided visualizations for earth-activation and empowerment, eco-solution brainstorming sessions and interactive opportunities with speakers and presenters.

COMMUNITY CIRCLE

The Community Circle features hands-on experiences in everything from bee keeping to eco-city art class to biofuels to composting, and more.

ECO VILLAGE CENTER STAGE

Our center stage flows daily with intelligent eco-speakers, sprinkled with offerings from engaging earth-conscious musicians, visionary spoken word artists and inspiring ceremonialists.
